What do you offer?
First, I offer myself to the Lord to live for Him in all possible ways. Currently that means living it out in my daily life and more publicly through the ministry at New Life Christian Fellowship and Standing in the Gap at Central Michigan University. I speak, teach, equip, serve and help people with their life with God.
Do you speak outside of New Life Christian Fellowship or Standing in the Gap?
I do on a limited basis. My priority is to the local church and its ministries. My opportunities increase in the summer months and over college breaks but decrease during the school year.
What type of events would you do?
I would consider any, but would love to do youth events, young adult gatherings, Sunday evening services or special events on a Friday or Saturday night.
What topics do you like to speak on?
I am willing to speak on anything I believe God wants me to speak on but I generally like to speak on the following topics when I go outside of the congregation:
"Life's Most Important Question" --This topic is designed to help people answer the most important question in life. Are you in right relationship with God?
“Purpose” -- This topic is designed to help people find their purpose for living; to be and make disciples (followers/learners/imitaters) of Jesus Christ.
“Living with Godly Character” -- This topic is designed to help people understand their calling to live God’s way and be like Christ in their daily lifestyle.
“Sharing the Faith” -- This topic is designed to help people understand how and why we share our faith in Christ with others.
“Loving God” -- This topic is designed to show what worship is.
“A New Life with God” -- This topic is designed to show what it means to be “born-again”.
“We Are God's Work of Art” -- aka “Fearfully and Wonderfully Made,” -- This topic is designed to help people to recognize the beauty they possess as one made in God’s image.
“Simply Prosperous” -- This topic is designed to help people to understand God's desire both for prosperity and simplicity in the Christian life.
Do you have any bands you like to work with or recommend?
I love to work with and recommend the band MiddleTree. MiddleTree is a contemporary Christian rock band and can do worship and/or concerts for you. They are great people who put on a good show and really make connections with the listeners. I would highly recommend them.
Do you do weddings and/or funerals?
Yes to both. I generally do weddings and funerals for those who are members of our congregation. If you are affiliated with another church or are a member there I would refer you back to that congregation. If you have no congregational affiliation and are in need of someone for a funeral, I will gladly consider the opportunity.
On the wedding side, our church has a policy that to have a wedding done at our facility one must be a member there. Anybody I perform weddings for must go through at least four sessions of pre-marital counseling with me and agree to living for Christ in their marriage.
Do you counsel people?
No. Not in the professional sense. I am not trained to be a counselor. I will be happy to listen to you, pray for you, give you some practical Christian advice and then refer you to someone else who may be able to better help. I am a pastor but not a professional counselor.
Why did you create this website?
I created this website to be a tool to glorify God, help people know the Lord, let people know of how I serve God, and opportunities and ways I may be able to serve them.
How do I contact you?
